In order to place an order, after visiting our store page, just follow these steps: You can add the products you want to buy from the product pages to your cart by clicking on the October ‘Add to Cart’ button. You can select one of your registered addresses from the pay screen, or add a new address information. If you want to enter your card information on the same screen and pay in installments, you can complete your payment transaction by selecting one of the installment options.
To enter your delivery address, just follow these steps after visiting our store page:
You can define a delivery address by clicking on the ‘Add October’ button on the My account > My account settings > My address information page.
You can complete your membership with the password that you will create by entering an active e-mail address that you use from the Login > Subscribe area located at the top right of the page.
If you have forgotten your password, you can log in to your account by resetting the password. To do this, the steps you will follow; Click on the ‘I forgot my password’ post from the ‘Member Login’ page. When you enter your membership’s e-mail address and say ‘Send’, a link will be sent to your relevant e-mail address. You can make your new password creation process by clicking on the incoming link. If the link has not reached you, check your spam folder. In addition, you can make your password change at any time from the ’My Account >My User Information >Password Update’ section.
